The Philippines Chapter of the International Coach Federation brings international resources to the local coaching community.

  • Connect with individuals who share the same goals and dedication to continually improve and evolve their services.
  • Access knowledge and skill of a global community right in your own turf.
  • Get involved with a vibrant community to share ideas and opinions, look for answers you seek and explore the possibilities.
  • Participate in the monthly meetings of the International Coach Federation Philippines (ICFP) Chapter. Meetings may either be Learning Sessions or Peer Coaching Session.

In its monthly Learning Sessions, the Chapter invites resource persons to talk about topics of interest to its members.

In Peer Coaching Sessions, one coach member presents a coaching case while other coach members act as peer coaches to the presenting member. The case is disguised in order to protect the identities of the persons involved. other activitites may also be done during the monthly session, such as reciprocal coaching where coach members coach another member.

From time to time, the Learning Sessions may be open to guests of coach members who are learning more about coaching. The Peer Coaching Sessions and Reciprocal Coaching are open only to ICF Philippines members.
