Global Survey of Coaching Clients Shows High Satisfaction and ROI

The International Coach Federation (ICF), the landmark of coaching worldwide, released the results of its

first ever Global Coaching Client Study. The study reveals coaching generates a solid return on investment for clients,

besides positively impacting individual and business goals. The coaching client survey was fully participated by

individuals from different continents namely, North America, Latin America, Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East and Africa.

The results reveal the true power of coaching. The astounding survey shows:

• Eighty-six percent (86%) of companies that have used coaching shows a jawdropping 100 percent (100%) return on investment
• Eighty percent (80%) of coaching clients said they have experienced a positive change in self-esteem as a result
  of partnering with a professional coach
• A staggering 82.7% of individuals who have experienced professional coaching report being very satisfied with
  their coaching experience
• A whopping 96.2% of individuals said that they would want to repeat the coaching experience
