International Coaching Week 2023

ICW_WhitewithGradient

International Coaching Week (ICW) is a weeklong global celebration of the power and impact of professional coaching. Every day, individuals and organizations around the world seek coaching to help them explore their potential and reach their goals.

During this celebration, we encourage individuals and organizations all over the world to understand, explore, test, and discover the possibilities coaching provides.

Launched in 1999, ICW educates the public about the value of working with a professional coach and acknowledges the results and progress made through the coaching process. This year marks the 25th anniversary of International Coaching Week.

THE LEADER AS A COACH IN THE MULTIMODAL WORKPLACE

During the COVID-19 pandemic many organizations had to quickly shift from in-person to virtual, online, even asynchronous ways of working. Just when individuals, teams, and their leaders are getting used to virtual work, they now must again shift: this time, to a hybrid or multimodal environment. Workers may have work-from-home days and onsite days. Learning may be done virtually or onsite. Communication, coordination, and brainstorming may be done synchronously and asynchronously.

How can a coaching leader and a coaching culture help overcome the challenges of aligning and engaging hybrid teams, ensuring accountability for results, and sustaining excellent performance?

The program will be capped off with an “Experience Coaching” for participants to be coached by ICF Philippines Member Coaches
