What is International Coaching Week?

International Coaching Week (ICW) is an annual, weeklong global celebration dedicated to honoring and showcasing the profound impact of the coaching profession. ICW not only seeks to educate the public about the invaluable benefits of working with a professional coach, but also to highlight the tangible results and remarkable progress achieved through the coaching process.

The ICF Philippine Chapter warmly invites you to its virtual learning opportunities for ICW 2024. Through these activities seek to empower the transformation of our community of coaches and extend that ripple of transformation to those beyond our walls.

”Hit and Misses in Coaching” is your space for interactive discussions, personal anecdotes, and collaborative insights on the highs and lows of our collective coaching experiences.

More than a learning event, it’s also an opportunity to network with like-minded professionals and strengthen our community of coaches. 

Together, we'll celebrate our successes, navigate our challenges, and inspire and empower one another’s personal and professional transformations.


Coach Nikka Santos considers herself to be a very curious person. She is an external coach affiliated with BetterUp and Kaizen Leadership Asia. She coaches for local and global organizations - helping leaders and teams increase engagement, well-being and emotional agility. 

Coach Cecilia Schrijver is one of the Managing Partners of Haraya Coaching, where she drives their ICF Accredited Human-Centered Coach Training Program. As a Certified Daring Way Facilitator, a methodology based on the research of Dr. Brene Brown on courage, vulnerability and shame, she integrates these somatic and neuroscience-informed practices into her coaching.

Dr. Clare Beckett-McInroy is an award-winning Coach, Leadership and Organizational Development Expert, Global Speaker, Experiential Trainer, Psychometrist, Researcher, and Thought Leader. She is  the Founder of Beckett McInroy Consultancy and #CoachME Coaching Model, as well as the creator of the #TAP360 team level profiling tool.” Through a long list of achievements, Clare is best known for her tireless passion for enabling positive, sustainable change in people and organizations.

Coach Jo Anne Corcino has over ten years of expertise managing teams; coaching and training executives; and overseeing projects in the private sector with an emphasis on learning and growth. She is presently pursuing her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. 

Apart from wearing a coaching and training hat, she is also a skilled creative designer and architect.

As a Coach, Mayshelle Rosario has four certifications to her name - Certified Transformational Coach, Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, Certified NLP Practitioner, and Job and Career and Job and Career Development Coach (JCTC/JCDC).

Apart from being an Executive and Life Coach, she is also a licensed Chemical Engineer.
