As we embarked on the 2022-2023 term, the words of John Buchan echoed in our minds—leadership’s true essence lies not in infusing greatness into humanity, but in uncovering the greatness that already resides within. We stood at the crossroads of purpose, aligning our journey with ICF Global’s vision: to make coaching integral to transforming societies.

Envisioning our Chapter as a vibrant, sustainable, and caring community of leader coaches, we shaped a path grounded in ICF’s core values—professionalism, collaboration, humanity, and equity. This identity crystallized into:

ONE ICF Philippines: Co–creating, Connecting, Continuing, Collaborating, Celebrating

ONE ICF Philippines symbolized our unity—an urgent call to stand together, committed to shaping our community’s future. It amplified our collective voice, strengthening our influence within ICF Philippines and beyond.

• Co-creating and Connecting – We built intentional, empathetic relationships. As officers, members, and stakeholders, we nurtured connections rooted in kindness, compassion, and respect.
• Continuing – We fostered long-term partnerships and initiatives, ensuring that our impact extended beyond a single term.
• Collaborating – We worked seamlessly across committees, with other ICF Chapters, and alongside the Regional team to build an inclusive and dynamic community.

Our journey began with a people-centric culture, placing our team of executive officers and volunteers at the heart of our work. We ensured that every member felt valued, heard, and empowered. To maximize impact, we streamlined our efforts, strengthening committee partnerships to enhance efficiency while safeguarding work-life balance. This foresight led to on-time elections, smooth transitions, and sustained momentum, ensuring a strong foundation for years to come.

The Communications, Membership, and Credentialing Committees played a pivotal role in strengthening our foundation. Meanwhile, initiatives from the Community Relations, Professional Development, and Research Committees propelled us toward greater impact.
