Czarina Teves

Mission: To help each leader do the inner work of integrating mind, heart, and gut; gain clarity about their purpose; align their work with their values; and take courageous action towards transforming their lives and their teams.

Ina’s work in organization development spans 25 years. She has coached young and senior executives in the private sector (telco, advertising, food); national, regional, and provincial leaders in government; and young leaders in NGOs.

She designs and delivers leadership courses for professionals at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business – Center for Continuing Education: on systems thinking, leading change, leading with emotional intelligence, collaborative leadership, and leading teams in volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) contexts.

Ina holds a Certificate in Jungian Psychology and Archetypal Studies from the Carl Jung Circle Center Philippines (CJCC). She is now developing an outreach program called Ginto Ako! (I am Gold), that uses archetypes of the Filipino psyche as a springboard for coaching overseas Filipino workers, laborers, farmers, and teachers.

She was the head of the Formation Cluster of the Ateneo School of Medicine and Public Health, managing almost 100 coaches and facilitating the development of coaching and mentoring content for medical students.

She is a certified action learning coach, mother of three, and wife to one.
