Vina Paglicawan

Vina is currently Director for Wellness & Resiliency in a global organization, leading a team of managers and life coaches, supporting more than 20,000 employees across Asia.

Prior to this role, Vina was an independent coach and consultant for more than 4years serving different industries.

She has more than 30 years of extensive experience in strategizing and implementing organization-wide initiatives and programs that support the business. She has designed and led the execution of learning and development interventions for different leadership levels across different organizations (outsourcing, shared services, information technology, software engineering, academe, manufacturing, and banking).

Currently, she also serves as part of the faculty of Ateneo Center for Organization Research & Development (CORD) and Development Dimensions International(DDI). She has led discussions in the different for a and conventions of PSTD, BPO Summits and ODPN on the topics of learning, coaching, leadership and talent.

She is completing her MA in Industrial & Organizational Psychology in Ateneo de Manila University.

She finished her AB in Behavioral Science (Cum Laude) in UST.

Vina is also a Rotarian and serves as an officer in the Rotary Club of Mandaluyong Pasig San Juan (ManPaSan).

Her free time and weekends are devoted to travel, catching up with friends and just chilling with her favorite books and movies.
