Welcome

A Message from Past President FY ‘22 - ‘23

ICF Philippines Charter Chapter recognizes the importance of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) as integral values for the coaching community. Beyond aligning with ICF Global, the chapter is committed to embedding these values into the coaching mindset and behaviour of its members, ensuring that inclusion and equity are inherent in how we represent the chapter; and how we interact and communicate with each other and all our stakeholders.

We believe that diversity should be embraced and celebrated regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, social class, physical ability or attributes, religion, national origin, personality traits, and other human differences.

Everyone deserves to thrive without facing discrimination or prejudice. We should all be treated based on universal human rights and shared values of dignity, respect, independence, fairness, equity, and equality. Where we feel free to be our true selves. Where we honour each other’s worth (our value beyond measure) and uniqueness. Where we feel safe to be included as ourselves and accepted as who we are; welcomed, heard, and valued. Where we support and empower each other to learn, work, and grow in wisdom, knowledge, and experience.

Paradox of diversity: "We are each unique and like no one else; we are each like some people and unlike other people; we are each like all other people." - Dr. Evan Morse
