The DEIB Community of Practice (CoP) is a collaborative and inclusive learning space for ICF Philippines members committed to deepening Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging in coaching practice. Open to all credentialed and aspiring coaches, the CoP fosters reflective dialogue, shared leadership, and psychologically safe spaces for learning and growth.
