DEIB Voices Pillars

Stories Inform Action

Shared experiences will be aggregated and anonymized to shape our education, programming, and policy recommendations (as required) in service of inclusion.

Focused on Progress

This is a space for constructive dialogue, not fault-finding. The goal is to identify how we can do better collectively.

Voluntary Participation

Sharing is wholly optional. Please only share what you feel comfortable entrusting us with.

Ongoing Advocacy

Your voice helps lay the foundation for the just, equitable, and inclusive community we strive to build together.

We believe that everyone has a voice and that their experiences matter. We view inclusion as a collective responsibility.

Non-Judgmental Listening

Stories are heard openly, without questioning the teller’s truth. Your vulnerability drives change.

By bravely sharing your stories, you help us grow in humility, wisdom, and compassion.

By sharing your feedback, you are helping us to build a more inclusive and equitable community.

We will safeguard the dignity and humanity of each voice, using insights to advocate for positive change.

When we open ourselves to genuinely hearing others’ truths, we gain a deeper understanding of how to make ethical choices that honor our shared values of respect, collaboration, and community.

Thank you for courageously entrusting us with your perspectives. Your voice makes us better.
