International Coaching Week (ICW) is an annual, weeklong global celebration dedicated to honoring and showcasing the profound impact of the coaching profession. ICW not only seeks to educate the public about the invaluable benefits of working with a professional coach, but also to highlight the tangible results and remarkable progress achieved through the coaching process.
The ICF Philippine Chapter warmly invites you to its virtual learning opportunities for ICW 2024. Through these activities seek to empower the transformation of our community of coaches and extend that ripple of transformation to those beyond our walls.

ABOUT THE MODERATORS
Coach Nikka Santos considers herself to be a very curious person. She is an external coach affiliated with BetterUp and Kaizen Leadership Asia. She coaches for local and global organizations - helping leaders and teams increase engagement, well-being and emotional agility.
Coach Cecilia Schrijver is one of the Managing Partners of Haraya Coaching, where she drives their ICF Accredited Human-Centered Coach Training Program. As a Certified Daring Way Facilitator, a methodology based on the research of Dr. Brene Brown on courage, vulnerability and shame, she integrates these somatic and neuroscience-informed practices into her coaching.

She is the Founder of Beckett McInroy Consultancy and #CoachME Coaching Model, as well as the creator of the #TAP360 team level profiling tool.” Through a long list of achievements, Clare is best known for her tireless passion for enabling positive, sustainable change in people and organizations.

Apart from wearing a coaching and training hat, she is also a skilled creative designer and architect.
