Meet our Hosts

Arvy Villamarzo, ACC is an HR and Learning Professional with over 25 years of experience in consulting and leading training teams. He combines his expertise in coaching and facilitation to empower people and enable change. Just like the coach guests, he holds a variety of certifications in Strengths, Action Learning, EQ, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming among others.

Vina Paglicawan, ACC is currently the Director for Wellness & Resiliency in a global organization leading a team of managers and life coaches. She has more than 30 years of extensive experience in coaching, consulting and strategizing programs that support the business. She is also faculty of Ateneo Center for Organization Research & Development (CORD) and Development Dimensions International (DDI). Vina believes in making a positive impact, one life at a time.
