Car was a former Associate Partner in Accenture Philippines where she led consulting groups, namely, the Change Management Competency Group and the Government Market Unit, at different points in her career. She has over 30 years of Change Management and Organization and Human Performance consulting experience and led numerous client engagements and projects spanning various industries in both the private and public sectors.

She was the founder and former president of her consulting and training outsourcing business and partnered with two major clients, one ITO/BPO company and one commercial bank, both leaders in their industries.

As an Adjunct Faculty in the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) for over 10 years, a leading graduate school of business in the Philippines, she has taught management and leadership, project management, coaching skills, and leading change, among other subjects/topics, in executive education non-degree programs, and in master's degree programs.
