Mheng is a certified transformative coach by Coach Masters Academy and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by International Coaching Federation. She works as lead coach and trainer for APEC Schools, providing professional development for over 200 educators and academic leaders. She is also the co-founder of Tiny Labs, an educational company that provides online and offline educational experiences to children.

Mheng’s big dream is to transform education through coaching. She hopes to bring coaching to more educators and make it a regular part of their developmental program.

Outside her coaching role in the academe, she does life and leadership coaching for young professionals and entrepreneurs.
