Sheila is credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF) in 2020 and a certified executive coach using The Leadership Circle Profile since 2016.  Prior to her coaching practice, she had 25 years of experience in the areas of learning and development, talent management and organization development with both local and multi-national companies. She is currently a Director of The Catalyst Asia.
